ABOUT THE SUMMIT

India has assumed the G-20 Presidency. Under the bold and visionary environmental leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the country has unveiled a new pathway for Climate Change Mitigation, through mainstreaming of Lifestyle for Environment (Mission LiFE) - urging the world to adopt sustainable practices and climate friendly acti ons in everyday life.

When it comes to climate change mitigation, the importance of individual action and collective responsibility cannot be ignored; and the time to act is now.

India is also building significant capacity in areas of biofuels, renewables, and alternate energy solutions like Green Hydrogen, to define its long-term national energy strategies, accelerate its climate commitments, and put the country on a sustainable growth path.

The International Climate Summit 2023, organised by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 14 & 15 September 2023, sets the stage immediately after the 2023 G20 New Delhi Summit for a global dialogue & actionable outcomes on climate change mitigation from an Indian perspective - blending our repository of deep spiritual knowledge and wisdom, with our mission to become the third largest economy in the world with a focus on Green Hydrogen, Biofuels and Renewables.

FROM THE PRESIDENT’S DESK
The ALUCAST Conference and Exhibition widely acclaimed by the Die Casting Industry and allied industries, is an Annual Event, organized by the Aluminium Casters’ Association (ALUCAST)®️, India. This event serves as a forum for exchange of ideas, technical know-how and brainstorming, with the participation of eminent experts in the various Die Casting arenas from India and abroad.

I am delighted to announce that the 27th edition of this annual event - ALUCAST 2021 is being organized on the 9th – 10th – 11th of December 2021 in the Virtual Mode. The Theme for ALUCAST 2021 is CURRENT TRENDS IN DIE CASTING.

The Die Casting Industry has been going through challenging times since the last financial year because of the unprecedented disruptions caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic. The fluctuating prices of Aluminium, increasing manufacturing costs, shortage of skilled manpower and the resultant pressures on cash flows has become a major concern today. These challenges would appear more for the SMEs.

ALUCAST 2021 Virtual Conference will focus on the above referred challenges faced by the Die Casting Industry and deliberate on methods to tackle these issues and revive the Die Casting Industry post pandemic and pave the path towards sustainable growth.

I have pleasure in inviting Professionals, Engineers and Academicians to present Technical Papers on the various topics identified for ALUCAST 2021 Virtual Conference.

The ALUCAST 2021 Virtual Exhibition is being concurrently organized, and shall provide the Die Casters, manufacturers and suppliers from the allied industries a platform to showcase their products and services to prospective clients and revive business opportunities.

The Event assures the best value, experience and visibility for the Sponsors, Exhibitors, Speakers, Delegates and the Visitors. I extend a Warm Invitation to all the Professionals, Engineers, Academicians and the Students of Engineering and Technology to participate in this 3-Days Virtual Conference and Exhibition.

The Advisory Committee – ALUCAST 2021 looks forward to the support of the entire Die Casting Fraternity, as in the past. I thank you for your continued support and patronage.

With best wishes
